Friars Walk 1 is a modern 2 bedroom end of terrace house, located in a quiet residential street less than half a mile from Sittingbourne town centre and railway station. The house can accommodate up to 3 people and has the added benefit of off road parking too.
On the first floor of the house, there is one double bedroom with TV and an en-suite shower/wc, one single bedroom and a main bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious lounge/dining room at the front of the house with a sofa, circular dining table with 4 chairs and large flat screen TV.
From the lounge, the door leads through to the fully-fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
A door from the kitchen leads out to the rear patio area with a small table and 2 chairs.
There is a small local supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the house and the town centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants including the new entertainment centre, is 10 minutes' walk away.
This house makes an excellent base for both families and business people. It's central location makes it very convenient for all local amenities.
House Rules:
Children and infants welcome - we can provide a cot and high chair for a small extra charge.
Well behaved pets are welcome to stay but please advise us in advance. An extra £10 is charged for a booking including a pet to cover extra cleaning charges.
Strictly no parties.
No smoking in any part of the house.
Please wash up and put away your dishes before you leave and take out the refuse to the appropriate bin.
